Black Hymn

Devastated we roamed pointless and aimless

Blind faith on an imaginary god heartless and mindless

Sabbath was just a veining day meaningless and tactless

We spent our lives away utterly disgusted and disappointed

Follow us to that darkest horizon where no blindness allowed

Shallow dreams of faith lies at feet in an ash mound

Burn thy soul and reborn to the new era of black hymns

Territory of night we shall reign left thy angels crying

Faith, leave it if thy heart is blind, destroy the fear for thy unknown god

Solace shall be found if thy heart is pure and no fear for a heartless god

Throw the book of crucifix in fire trust thy heart let it be thy lord

Saved be thee if the words thee utter carries no words from the book of unknown

We shed no blood, though in shadows we lurk night to night until the right time

No rage we know through shattered dreams chanting the eternal black hymn

Praise we do, cherish we shall, the hearts of ours that carries no lies

Kingdom of the darkness we know no fright we let no white doves die

Perished lives we had, condemned souls and exiled spirits we bore

Nights of endless prayers wasted away the unknown god turned a blind eye

Eternal suffering nights of tears, broken hearts with no solace just sobs and cries

Blurred vision deafening ears, the soft ranting of useless sermons dying

Through mist of dusk the murmur of the black hymn bore in deaf ears

Blurred vision created a kingdom on its own a land of pure bears no fears

One by one rose to join in robes of black singing the hymn of night

Know no fear carry no fear welcome the darkness and its darkest hymns
